Monday, Sept 15
 9 am- 8 pm Educational Booth Check in
 
Tuesday Sept 16
9 AM – 8pm- Register Fair entries craft / art/ canned goods/ flowers etc.
9 am- 8 pm- Check in for all vendors and livestock/ chicken/ rabbit entries
No entries accepted after Tuesday
 
Wednesday Sept 17
9 am- Noon- Judging of exhibits (doors closed to public)
1 pm- Fair opening Ceremony at Pavilion
1-9 pm Doors Open to the public
1-4 pm- Goat Show Registration
6 pm Goat Show, followed by Costume Contest and Obstacle Course
6 pm- Pet Show Registration
7 pm- Pet Show, Pavilion
7 pm- Poultry Show- Poultry Area
9 pm- Doors Close to public
 
THURSDAY- September 18
 9 AM- doors open to public
10:30- Special friends goat show at show arena
2 pm- Dog agility demo (tentative)
5 pm- Dairy Heifer FFA show
6:30pm- Men in Harmony Acapalla group-  Sponsored by the Macon County Arts Council
6:30 pm- Market Lamb show – followed by lamb Costume and agility contest
9 pm- doors Close to Public
 
FRIDAY- September 19
 9 am- Doors Open
9 am- 4 pm- Hog Registration for show
3 pm- 6 pm  BBQ Supper, Pavilion
430 pm- Kids pedal tractor pull- Registration
530 pm- Kids Pedal Tractor Pull- Contest
6 pm- Clogging Demo- High Mountain Square
7 pm- Live Music- Low Tide (local youth band)
6 pm- Market Hog Show
9 pm Doors Close to Public
 
SATURDAY, SEPT 20
 7- 8 am- Beef Registration (see flyer above)
 9 am- Doors Open to the Public
10 am- market Steer show- followed by beef showmanship, Beef Heifer and Feeder Calf
10-2 pm- Thank God for Kids 
10 am- 11 am- Best Cake in Macon County- Registration
11 am- Noon- Best Cake in Macon County – Contest, Pavilion
Cake Auction immediately after Cake Contest 
2 pm- Youth Poultry Showmanship- Poultry Area
4 pm- Youth Rabbit Show- Rabbit Area- FOLLOWED BY adult rabbit show
6 pm- Market Steer Auction- immediately followed by Market Hog Auction
8 pm- Doors Close to Public
 
 Sunday-  SEPT 21
11 AM – Macon County Horse Association Fun Show
2-5 pm- Exhibit check out (Horse show is only activity on Sunday)
 
MONDAY- SEPT 22
9 am- noon- Exhibit check out
7 pm- HARVEST SALE- D Building
Purchase Fair Winning entries and donated items. Proceeds benefit Macon County Fair
